Subject to the terms set out below, you may earn ‘tokens’ for use on the Know You More Platform by introducing Know You More to a new customer(s) (the “Referral Programe”). You are only eligible to participate as a referrer’ in this Referral Programme if you are or have previously been a client of Know You More Limited.
A new customer is a natural person who has not previously been a client of Know You More Limited (a "Referee").
A token is 1 hour of 1:1 coaching delivered virtually on the KYM platform.
You will receive a total of 5 tokens, worth up to £1500, 14 days after a Referee signs a contract with Know You More Limited for the provision of coaching or training services, with a value of at least £5000 (excl VAT) which is ca. 5 x 1:1 Coaching Programmes.
The referee will also receive a total of 5 coaching tokens to spend on the Know You More Platform.
The Referee will have the tokens added to the platform on receipt of a signed contract to the value stated above.
The 5 tokens can be utilised within on programme of 1:1 coaching and cannot be spread across multiple programmes.
For the avoidance of doubt, any credit generated from the Referral Programme may only be spent on the Know You More Platform and neither you nor the Referee is entitled to receive any payment of any kind in respect of the credit. The credit is not redeemable for cash.
The credit that stands to your Referral Programme account is not transferable in any way.
Any credit accrued through the Referral Programme that has not been used within 12 months from the date of accrual will expire.
We may, in our sole discretion, withdraw your credit generated from the Referral Programme at any time if we believe or suspect that your use of the Referral Programme is fraudulent, misleading or contrary to these terms.
