September news: Level Up impact report, events and more

Welcome to our monthly Coaching Community news roundup, where you can read updates, find out about upcoming events and stay in the loop with all things KYM. We hope you find it helpful!
✨ Level Up - The impact you're making
This summer has been an exciting one for Level Up. After welcoming over 70 coaches to the newly created Level Up coaching community, we worked to establish new partnerships that would allow us to reach a broader and more diverse young population. Together, we have been exploring new ways to make coaching more accessible to young adults and understanding the impact it can have in supporting their personal and professional development. We are proud to show you the impact we have created in the second and third quarters of 2022.
🚀 New Level Up partnerships
The Stress Management Society is a non-profit organisation dedicated to helping individuals and companies recognise and reduce stress. Since their inception in 2003, their dream has been to create a happier, healthier, more resilient and sustainable world.
The Roysia Foundation is a UK Charity dedicated to facilitating positive change in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Their focus is on providing education opportunities to those from underprivileged sections of the community.

💬 Collective Conversations are back
For those new to our community, Collective Conversations are monthly meetings between our coaching community and the core Know You More team.
From September to December 2022, they will be held once a month at 5 pm for one hour. We will rotate Collective Conversations through a range of broad themes. For example, a particular coaching topic, social and environmental issues relating to coaching, 'open mic' sessions (come together and speak what is on your mind), or experience of working on a particular KYM project/ discussion on the KYM coaching portfolio.
We would appreciate it if you could book these sessions through Know You More Portal in the Events section. However, there is no limit on numbers, and we adapt how the Collective Conversations run to suit the attending numbers.
☕ Welcome to Lunchtime Drop-ins
Following recent conversations and feedback we're excited to be blocking a time in our calendar for a KYM monthly lunchtime drop-in session. This will be via Google Meets on the first Monday of each new month. This is a session for you to join as and when if you:
- Would like to connect with KYM via a video call
- Have a question on using the platform
- Have a query about a project you are coaching on
This is an optional drop-in session that we are testing off the back of your feedback, there will be no structure to the session. Drop-ins are a space created for us all to connect monthly and work on any questions you have regarding your coaching with us.
