In January 2019, we partnered with Siemens Supply Chain Management to support the development of their people with virtual coaching. The pilot was commissioned through the Digi Network at Siemens. A selected group from a variety of business areas that seek out and evaluate innovative products and services for their people.

There was a high demand for the pilot and we had the pleasure of working with a cohort of colleagues from across Siemens. Each was at a different stage in their career and with very different coaching use cases. The pilot was measured and evaluated with all ‘coachees’ sharing their satisfaction and confirming that Know You More could support people across the workforce.

We were delighted with the results and even more so on hearing Siemens intention to widen the opportunity to more of their people. This month, they published a LinkedIn article on their experience with Know You More and coaching as a development opportunity.
