Today is the start of International Coaching Week, an initiative driven by the International Coach Federation (ICF), an organisation that we’re proud to be supporting. It’s a week that puts coaching in the spotlight right across the globe. And, for us, we’d like to use the week as an opportunity to shine our spotlight on our community of coaches that make what we do possible.
Our coaches are awesome. They’re qualified, professional, dedicated to their ongoing development and, more importantly, they share our vision and passion for coaching young people at the early stage of their career. We wanted this week to be a celebration all about them.
Over the course of the week, we’ll be sharing quotes from our team that answer the question – “Why I choose to coach young adults?” We’ll be sharing these on social media, so if you’d like to get involved, we’ve added all our social media details at the end of the post. On Sunday, the last day of International Coaching Week, we’ll be sharing another blog post to showcase all the quotes we’ve gathered from our coaches. Think of it as our greatest hits collection!
It’s particularly appropriate for us to celebrate our coaches on International Coaching Week as we have coaches from across the globe, all united by a common goal. And, as an organisation with global ambitions, the international element is really important to us. We’re already taking Know You More to Africa, India, Germany, the Netherlands and the USA.
But that’s for the future, for this week, it’s all about our coaches.
